The Call

This weekend, my husband was checking in on a football game.

I was half watching, but doing something in the kitchen and missed a penalty call.

I asked my husband what the ref said. (I figure if I'm going to watch some football I might as well follow what's going on.)

Before my husband could respond, my little man very seriously replied "He did Wheels on the Bus, Mama".

Apparently, it was a false start.

He then went on to sing several rounds of Wheels on the Bus, complete with hand motions and butt wiggling.

My kid just cracks me up. He is definitely more entertaining than any TV show.

How adorable. He also know what the ref said too. That's way cool. Kids are indeed a joy to watch sometimes. Then sometimes not so much.

Have a terrific day. :)

The best part of raising small children is getting to see the world afresh through their eyes. And yours sounds like a corker!

A "Wheels on the Bus'--I love it! I think I'd watch more sports if I could just get my kids to provide me that kind of color commentary.

Clever fellow. He's in training to be a stand-up comic.
